Espansione Commerciale born on the 7th November 1986 in Modena. The aim was immediately clear: offering services to Shopping Centers’ developers and owners because Shopping Centers’ market in Italy started at that time.

Nowadays, Espansione is a leader company in Entertainment Centers’, Retail Parks’ and Shopping Centers’ consultancy, and offers management, letting, development, marketing and promotion.

After twenty years, the players are very different but Espansione Commerciale is still one of the most important subjects of the Italian Retail Real Estate.

For Developers, Espansione Commerciale estimates the economical and technical feasibility, studies the Centre’s concept, offers a very unique leasing management in the Mall and plans the launch.
